Every engagement is a fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope. Anything outside that scope is quoted before we start.
Compliance
Books, VAT, payroll, tax, AFS and CIPC. For companies that need clean, on-time compliance.
Financial management
Everything in Compliance, plus monthly or quarterly reporting and a regular meeting to talk through the numbers.
Budgeting and forecasting
Everything in Financial management, plus an annual budget, a rolling cash-flow forecast and same-day response.
All fees exclude VAT. Software subscriptions are held in your name and paid directly.
Our commitment
Your fee is fixed from day one. We scope the work, agree the price and put it in writing.
All fees are monthly retainers, reviewed annually with pre-agreed CPI-linked escalations.
